When you create an account with Origin Think or access our educational resources, you're entering into a binding agreement with us. This isn't just legal formality – it's the foundation of our working relationship. If you're accessing our platform on behalf of a company or organization, you're confirming that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

We update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we do, we'll notify you through email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using our services.

Origin Think provides educational programs focused on business activity analysis. Our services include online learning materials, practical exercises, case studies, and support resources designed to build analytical skills relevant to Thailand's business environment.

What We Provide

Sometimes technical issues happen – servers go down, updates need to be installed, or we need to perform maintenance. We'll try to minimize disruptions, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Your account is your gateway to Origin Think. You're responsible for maintaining its security and for all activities that occur under your credentials. Choose a strong password and don't share it with anyone.

Account Requirements

1. Provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid email address
2. Keep your contact information current so we can reach you about important service updates
3. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
4. Take responsibility for all content posted or actions taken through your account
5. Maintain only one active account unless you have explicit permission for multiple accounts

If we detect suspicious activity or violations of these terms, we may temporarily suspend your account while we investigate. In serious cases, we reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund. This isn't something we take lightly, but it's necessary to protect our community.

Our platform exists to support genuine learning and professional development. We expect users to engage respectfully and constructively. There are certain behaviors we simply won't tolerate because they undermine the learning environment for everyone.

Prohibited Activities

• Sharing your account credentials or allowing others to access your account
• Copying, distributing, or selling course materials without written permission
• Using automated tools or bots to scrape content or create fake accounts
• Posting offensive, harassing, or discriminatory content in discussion forums
• Attempting to access restricted areas of our platform or other users' accounts
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or anything that could harm our systems
• Impersonating instructors, staff members, or other users
• Using our services for any illegal purpose or to violate any applicable laws

When participating in discussion forums, remember that your words reach real people. Critique ideas, not individuals. Share experiences constructively. If you see something concerning, report it to our moderation team rather than engaging directly.

Everything you see on Origin Think – the course content, videos, templates, text, graphics, logos, and software – is protected by intellectual property laws. We or our content partners own these materials, and they're provided for your personal educational use only.

You can download materials for offline study, take notes, and create your own derivative works for personal use. But you can't redistribute our content, incorporate it into your own commercial offerings, or claim it as your own work. Think of it like borrowing a library book – you can read it, highlight it, even photocopy a few pages for personal reference, but you can't republish the whole thing.

User-Generated Content

When you post comments, share case studies, or contribute to discussions, you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your contributions as part of our service. This helps us showcase student work, create testimonials, or use examples in improved course materials. We'll always respect your privacy and won't use your content in ways that identify you without permission.

Our learning programs require payment before access is granted. Prices are displayed in Thai Baht and include applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.

Billing and Subscriptions

• One-time course purchases grant lifetime access to that specific course content as long as it remains available on our platform
• Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled
• You can cancel subscriptions anytime through your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they affect your next billing cycle
• Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment issues are resolved

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for most course purchases. If you're not happy with a course within 14 days of purchase and haven't completed more than 30% of the content, contact us for a refund. This policy exists because we believe in our content quality and want you to feel confident in your investment.

Refunds aren't available for subscription renewals after the billing date, partial months of service, or courses purchased more than 14 days ago. If you're experiencing technical issues preventing course access, contact support – we'll work to resolve the problem rather than process a refund.

Your privacy matters to us. We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. By using Origin Think, you consent to our data practices as outlined in that policy.

We collect information necessary to provide our services – your name, email, payment details, learning progress, and usage patterns. This helps us deliver personalized learning experiences, send relevant updates, and continuously improve our platform. We don't sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

Let's be realistic about what education can and cannot do. Our courses provide knowledge and skills development, but we can't guarantee specific career outcomes, salary increases, or business success. Your results depend on many factors beyond our control – your prior experience, effort invested, market conditions, and how you apply what you learn.

Service Disclaimers

Origin Think provides educational content "as is" and "as available." We strive for accuracy and quality, but we're human. Occasionally there might be errors in course materials, outdated examples, or technical glitches. We work to fix these promptly when discovered, but we can't warrant that our service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We're not providing professional financial advice, legal counsel, or business consulting through our courses. The information presented is educational in nature. Before making significant business or financial decisions, consult with qualified professionals who understand your specific situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Origin Think and its instructors, employees, and partners won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if we've been advised of the possibility.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain liability limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.

Either party can end this relationship. You can stop using our services and close your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

When your account is terminated, you lose access to course materials and community features. If you've violated our terms, termination may occur without refund. If we terminate your account in error or for reasons within our control, we'll provide a pro-rated refund for unused subscription time.

Even after termination, certain provisions survive – intellectual property rights, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitation of liability. These need to continue to protect both parties from issues that might arise later.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes that can't be resolved informally will be handled through the courts of Phitsanulok Province, Thailand. By using our services, you consent to this jurisdiction and venue.

For users in certain jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under those laws.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Origin Think regarding our services, superseding any prior agreements or communications. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn't constitute a waiver of that right. You can't transfer or assign these terms or your account to anyone else without our written consent. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We may provide notices through email, platform notifications, or general service announcements. You're responsible for monitoring these communications. Notice via email is considered received 24 hours after sending to your registered address.
