Business Numbers That Actually Make Sense

We've spent years analyzing business activity in the Thai market—and honestly, most companies are sitting on data they don't really understand. That's where we come in. No fancy jargon or complicated dashboards. Just clear insights that help you see what's working and what's draining resources.

Three Areas We Focus On

Running a business means juggling lots of moving parts. We've narrowed down the analysis work into three practical areas that matter most for decision-making.

Cash Flow Patterns

When money comes in and when it goes out matters more than you'd think. We help spot the timing gaps that cause headaches later—like seasonal dips or supplier payment cycles that clash with receivables.

Operational Costs

Some expenses make sense. Others pile up without anyone noticing. We break down where your budget actually goes and compare it against similar businesses in your sector to find opportunities for adjustment.

Revenue Health

Growth looks good on paper, but sustainable revenue is another thing entirely. We examine customer retention, product margins, and pricing structures to see if your revenue model has long-term legs.

What You Get From Our Analysis

We're not going to promise overnight transformations or guaranteed profits—because that's not how real business works. What we can do is show you patterns you might have missed.

  • Detailed breakdowns of spending by category, with context about industry standards
  • Visual reports that show trends over quarters and years, not just monthly snapshots
  • Comparison data from the Thai market to give you realistic benchmarks
  • Actionable suggestions based on what we've seen work for similar operations
  • Follow-up sessions where we walk through findings together—no reading dense reports alone

Our approach is collaborative. You know your business better than anyone, and we know the numbers. Together, that combination tends to surface answers.

How We Work Together

Our learning programs typically run from October 2025 through March 2026. These aren't quick weekend courses—we're talking about building genuine analytical skills over several months.

1

Initial Assessment

We start by looking at your current financial setup and business context. What systems do you use? What reports do you already generate? This helps us tailor the program to your actual situation rather than teaching generic theory.

2

Core Modules

Over twelve weeks, we cover practical analysis techniques—ratio analysis, variance tracking, forecasting basics. Each module includes exercises using real anonymized business data, so you're applying concepts as you learn them.

3

Application Phase

The last portion focuses on your own business data. You'll build custom reports and analysis tools that fit your specific needs—whether that's tracking project profitability, monitoring supplier costs, or forecasting cash requirements.

4

Ongoing Support

After completion, we offer quarterly check-ins to review your progress and answer questions as they come up. Business conditions change, and sometimes you need a second opinion when facing new analytical challenges.

Operations Director, Mid-Size Distributor

We'd been running on gut feeling for years, and honestly it worked okay. But when margins started tightening in early 2024, we needed actual data to make decisions. The Origin Think team helped us understand our cost structure in a way that made sense—no complicated formulas, just clear breakdowns. We identified three expense categories that had grown by 40% without anyone really noticing. Their program gave us the tools to catch these things ourselves going forward.

Ready to Understand Your Numbers?

Our next program cycle begins in September 2025, with enrollment opening in July. Class sizes stay small—usually eight to twelve participants—so we can provide individual attention during the application phase.
